WSI/CES Gifts Program

WSI/CES (WhiteStone Intelligence / Community Exchange System) supports the flow of gifts in community — church ministry capacity, unused resources, and unmet needs — through human review, Record & Replay, and the CES Community Exchange System.

gifts.timebank.tw complements churches, pastors, denominations, seminaries, CCEA, OursWeb, and government/welfare systems — it does not replace them.
