Serving One Another remains a Pilot-stage Program. Gate 3 program-specific synthetic PCI lifecycle validation is complete and closed. This Interest Intake remains available. Submitting this form expresses interest only; it does not enroll you as a participant or activate matching or exchange.

Interest Intake — Existing Gate 2A Intake Remains Active

This interest-intake capability was originally authorized under Gate 2A and remains operational. Submissions create a governed WSI/CES interest/contact record for human review. Gate 3 synthetic validation is complete, but participant enrollment, matching and exchange are not activated. Questions: kce@timebank.tw.

Data Use Notice

At the current interest-registration stage, we collect only general participation interest and non-sensitive information. Do not submit counseling cases, children/youth personal data, medical data, private financial records, crisis cases, or confidential church member records.

CCNDA / OursWeb API — Gate 2B Read-Only Lookup Live

The OursWeb Chinese Church Directory authorized API (v3.2) has received its CCNDA-issued API key, and this interest form now has a church directory search interface (read-only lookup). Search results and record details are attributed to their source. Data is only applied to the form below after you select a church and explicitly confirm — you can still edit it, or skip the search and enter your church information manually. This program does not scrape data, does not build its own church directory, and this feature does not access your device location.

No Confidential Data Collected

This form does not collect: counseling cases, children/youth personal data, medical data, giving/financial records, crisis cases, or confidential congregation rosters. Only the basic ministry and contact information needed for matching is collected.

6. Data Use Consent

Data collected via this form will be used for Pilot interest registration and needs/resource collaboration evaluation under "Serving One Another." It is held by WSI/CES (WhiteStone Intelligence, principal: KCE Chen), and will not be made public, transferred to third parties, or used for commercial purposes.

Fields collected: church name, city/district, denomination, contact name, email, preferred contact method, needs description, ministry capacity, and non-personnel resource description.

Not collected, under any circumstances: counseling cases, children/youth personal data, medical/health data, giving/financial records, crisis cases, confidential congregation rosters.

Right of withdrawal: you may email kce@timebank.tw at any time to request deletion of your record; we will act within 5 business days.
